Pre-placement Services

• Profiling of applicants to understand interests, strengths and skills
• Job readiness skills training (resume building, help with job applications, interviewing skills)
• Social Security Consultation
• Transportation training

Placement Services

• Creation and negotiation of jobs to meet the needs of employers and applicants
• Trial work to determine if a strong match has been made

Supported Employment

• Side by side training of employee until job is routinely mastered to employer standards
• Building of natural supports within the workplace
• Implementation of job modifications and adaptations when necessary
• Ongoing support to both employee and employer beyond the fade out of the employment consultation
